Although this is new to Steam, the game originally came out on PS2 in 2006, but this release is for a HD remastered version.Ĭurrently I don’t really know much about this game other than you play as Amaterasu in Wolf form and you need to save Japan from demons. This game wasn’t in the sale as it was only released on Steam on 12th December.
This game also has Steam Trading Cards and Achievements.

This is honestly such an amazing game for the price and I highly suggest you give it a go! I should hopefully do a full review on Skullgirls soon. You can also play as Marie! You will need the base game to use this though which is normally £6.99, 70% off at £2.09 in the sale!

The Encore Upgrade Pack includes all the bonus characters, the colour pallet pack, voiced story mode, survival mode, challenge mode and more in depth combo tutorials. Since I already owned the majority of the stuff that came with this pack, I didn’t want to pay the full price of £10.99 for it and the lowest I’ve ever seen it go to was around £7, so I just had to get it for £3.29.

I’m looking forward to giving this a go, but I might wait and play it split screen with a friend, plus there are other games I think I want to try first (see below)! I don’t really know much about the story, but the gameplay looks fun, the design is beautiful and it has overwhelmingly positive views on Steam. I very nearly bought this during the Black Friday sale so since it was the same price I decided to go for it. It’s RRP is £39.99, but I bought it for £15.99 in the sale (same price as Black Friday). However, I’m quite disappointed with the content this year, hence why I’m only writing this post now. Steam released the Winter Sale last week bringing back more sales as well as Seasonal Trading Cards and of course the Steam Awards.
